The WOD
Option 1....-You will do the strengths with the class, and then perform the 800g Challenge WOD when the class is begins the 10 RFT.-If you participated in the 800 gram Challenge, we would like you to re-test the WOD if you are able to do it the same way you did it the first time. Keep in mind, if you rowed the first time, it will not be the same if you run this time.... If you did STOH the first time, it will not be the same if you did push-ups this time. We ARE curious to see your improvements though, so we encourage you to get it done if you are able! Please submit your re-test WOD numbers by Sunday.Sub Run for Row and sub Push-Ups for STOH if you did it that way the first time around!Option 2...-The 10 RFT WOD as stated in the video below

- Rx= 50/35# DB
- Performance= 35/25# DB
- Fitness= 20/10# DB with 100 meter run OR :15 Side Shuffle/:15 Fwd Back Run
