Free Trial Classes
Offered at 12:00, 4:30, 5:40 & 6:50pm. Advanced notice required. Please read Covid Procedures HERE and watch all videos below prior to class.
Those joining us for Free Trial Thursday will most likely be following the 'Fit' track listed in the work-out
- 1/2 the class will begin with Chest Flys, the others will start with Push-Ups
- Be sure to begin with your bum all the way to the end of the foam roller.
- Bring your DBs to your thighs, lay back, put your elbows on the ground, THEN reposition your body if you need to in order to get your neck on the foam roller and supported.
- THESE ARE HARDER THAN THEY LOOK. Start light.
