- Be sure to follow the 0:30 Loop. Perform your reps, then wait until the 0:30 is up before moving to next set.
- Also pay attention to top hand and bottom hand in the pull-0ver
- You will complete 3 rounds of the AMRAP, then take a mandatory 1:00 burden rest before starting up again. Suggestions - Rx DB 50/35 Per DB 35/25 Fit DB 20/10
- Each time you complete sit-ups, mark a line to score your AMRAP
- This WOD has a 24 minute time cap
