Bulgarian Split Squats
6 Rounds on a 2:00 Loop
- Find a stable surface such as a chair, coffee table or couch that is roughly knee height.
- 10 reps on each leg, taking 0:30 to execute the reps on each side
- You will have 1:00 total of work followed by 1:00 rest each round
- Hold a single weight at your chest if desired, or 2 weights at your side.
- Be sure the hip drops straight down and not forward.
- Fitness= Split Stance Squats ONLY. Do not put foot up.
