Reeeeeepeat!We will be checking in on some 1 rep maxes to use to build in future strength sessions. Today some of you will be finding a heavy single of the day. If you are a new CrossFitter, stick to 3 reps of the full Clean.
- We are building to a heavy single. The high hang and hang will help prep you and build the weight on the bar before taking it to the floor.
- Don't forget that active rest! You will thank us once the metcon begins!
- This WOD is a repeat, done after building to a heavy single. Your score will obviously vary depending on your single from the day, but use the data below to help guide you.
- One full squat clean based on 60% of your heavy single from the strength.
- Every 0:30 stop what you are doing and do burpees
- Its amazing how fast these burpee sets will come at you! Dig deep and stay moving!
