Each station will do the same general warm-up, with a few extra movements added on for your start station. You will only do one warm-up, depending on what your start station will be.

Remember - no collars when we bench

Station #2

A common Rowing error often overlooked is bending the knees too early. Take a look and give things a try during station #2

Station #3

As Many Rounds As PossibleBox Jump Overs - you can move laterally if you wish, 2 feet must hit the top of the box, but you do not need to reach full extension, standing at the top.
