- This is a GREAT WOD!
- Every minute on the minute you will perform the given work, and rest for any time remaining of that minute.
- You will notice that you will need to hustle to add weight to your bar during that remainder of time as well.
- If you cannot perform the given work in that minute without bleeding over, you must scale back.
