Ready to Run Seminar

We would like the weight you choose to be one in which you can get the prescribed reps done In less than 0:45 for rounds 1 & 2, and less than 0:30 for rounds 3-6.You will still be following a 1:30 loop between sets for additional rest time.The reps you are following go down the column. R1 = Round 1, R2= Round 2 etc.If you are new to CF, you can focus just on the Push Jerk and not the split.
