You will break the row up into 125m sprints until you reach 1000m with your partner.

Then complete 4 rounds (total) of:

Then, you will move through movment for movement with your partner 4 times through the list below:

Hang Power Clean (HPC)

Bar Hops

V-Ups/SL V-Ups

Push-Press or Lunges

You will then RUN a total of 1000m divided between your partner in 125m increments:

Repeat 4 more rounds, but sub STOH instead of lunges

Then do a Run together to complete the WOD
