Every Thursday we offer Free Trial Classes for those without any prior CrossFit or fitness experience to give our gym a try. Signing up is easy, but let's walk you through how the experience will go!
First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will go over the work-out of the day, the best way to complete the work-out (customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level) and address any questions you have.

We can answer these questions and more following your visit. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with a good sense of what our gym and community are all about. Expect to spend an hour at the gym, and simply have some fun! You have one job during your Free Trial... leave feeling better than you did when you walked in the door.
