All new members starting CrossFit for the first time begin with our Foundations package. You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit, proper technique and take you through mini work-outs - all while learning about you and your goals as a member.
Once your introductory classes are complete, the Foundations package will roll into your first 5-week membership with unlimited class access!
Foundations enrollment begins every 2 weeks. Each day is built upon the previous, so attending in sequence is important. If our schedule does not align with yours, please reach out!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a work-out practicing the new skills.
These 4 introductory classes will set you up for success and allow you to get the most out of your membership when jumping into our regular class schedule.
