As Many V-Ups as PossibleFollowing a 1:30 clock, you will begin with 1 Rope Climb, SDLHP, PLunge and with any time remaining of the 1:30 do as many V-Ups as possible.When the timer goes off, you will return to the rope to do 1 Rope Climb etc.
- Rope Climbs - PLEASE BRING A LONG SOCK OR SHIN GUARD IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ROPE CLIMB. Today is not a day to try rope climbs for the first time. If you do not have them, please do instead.
