- You are aiming for a weight that you can maintain a touch and go, and perform all reps in 0:15 or less

The WOD
- As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 minutes of Deadlifts, Air Squats, Sumo Deadlifts, Push-Ups
- The weight you will use for Deadlifts and Sumo Deadlifts will be 65% or your heaviest set of 10 from today's strength. Get out your calculators and do the math :)
