The CrossFit Open begins Friday, and the most important thing you need to remember is what The Open brings to our community. ENERGY, EXCITEMENT, CHEERS AND A LOT OF MOTIVATION to keep working hard. It changes a regular ol' Friday work-out to something a little more special. It's not about how good or bad you are at something, its supporting all of those around us here at 802 and making this CrossFit thing a heck of a lot more special then any old Zumba class.Do you HAVE to sign-up at games.crossfit.com to participate in The Open? No. But we've been doing this for 7 years now, and trust us. People that sign-up, always push themselves further, discover something about themselves, and NEVER regret doing so.What is The Open?A worldwide CrossFit competition that CrossFitters ALL OVER THE WORLD will participate in. A workout is announced on Thursday evening at 8pm that we will be doing every Friday for the next 5 weeks. It is designed to challenged you. It is designed for you to try new things. If you cannot do the work-out with us on Friday, you can also do it Sunday, or talk to us about special arrangements to get it done before Monday.Tee Shirts60+ of you ordered tee shirts for The Open that will arrive before our first work-out on Friday.   1. Grip Width
