Best WOD of the Week 11/12/22


Athlete 1 Rows the given calories while A2 goes through the list 1 time. Athlete 1 should be done with the row before A2 is done.

You will complete 6 rounds (total), then rest for 1 minute

Complete another 6 rounds - with reduced calories - rest 1 minute

Complete 6 final rounds - reducing calories again

As soon as A2 is done with SF the As Many Calories As Possible with time remaining begins.

Switch on and off the rower as you would like (keep that working athlete moving hard) and accumulate as many cals as possible.

Row times should be less than 1 minute for the first set, less than 0:45 second set, less than 0:35 third set
