Best WOD of the Week 11/19/22


4 Rounds for Time with a Partne

At the 2:00 mark, and every 2:00 thereafter, stop where you are and perform syncro Air Squats.

Don't forget where you left off, that is where you will pick back up.

Between each movement switch you will do syncro Burpees with your partner

Burpees and Air Squats are syncro so both athletes will be working. All other movements are Athlete 1 works while A2 rests.
