No Scale, No Problem!
We're keeping this Challenge super simple folks. If you have a scale, use it! They are eye opening for anyone looking to step up their fitness and nutrition game. If you don't, it's no reason to NOT do this Challenge. Bench Program Week 10
- 3 Sets of Heavy Singles - for those that like a number to shoot for, you should be aiming for about 97.5% of your 1RM
- Then, 5 x 3 (5 sets of 3 reps) at 85% of your 1 Rep Max
Underestimated Cues on The Bench
- Break the bar on the way down: puts elbows in the right position
- Spread the bar with the hands on the way up: activates the triceps
- Wide feet/pushing feet into the ground/ spreading the floor with the feet
