Saturday, 10/30 for a special Breast Cancer Awareness WOD. We will be wrapping up our October Breast Cancer Fundraiser to benefit, Making Strides Vermont on this day.
Tabata is a 4 minute warm-up. You will complete the list 2 times for a total of 4 minutes. You will do one movement for 0:20, have 0:10 to rest, then move your way down the list to the next movement.
