Did You Travel or Have Large Family Gatherings?
Please be sure to stay away from the gym if you traveled out of State or had large family gatherings for the Holidays. We all need the gym to keep our sanity, and we all need to do our part to keep things safe.
The Warm-Up & Strength
- Your warm-up is straight forward. Down Dog Push-Backs are shown in the video below along with your strength.
- If you are new to CrossFit don't worry about doing Split Jerks. Perfect the Push Jerk before moving on to the split. You will perform 3 Push Jerks each round.
