The Warm-Up

The Strength

The Tall Snatch is just a warm-up. GO LIGHT. PVC or training bar for many of you.High Hang Snatch - little time to build momentum. It forces you to feel how hard you need to jump with those legs. Don't get greedy and let that bar go down to your knees. Keep it high and let the movement serve it's purpose.Hang Snatch - think about staying over the bar as long as possible. Feel the hamstrings before you explode.


Stay tight on the OHS. Naval drawn in, tight core, big press of the shoulders locking out the arms. Think about bending the bar in half keep tension from head to toe.
