Nutrition Challenge is Coming
- Our 2020 Nutrition Challenge will begin mid March.
- Details are in the finishing stages and information will be provided on our blog, on the mobility message board and on our FaceBook group page. Please be on the look out!
- We have done MANY Nutrition Challenges, some of you have participated in every one of them. Each year we try and make them a little bit different and this year will be the same.
- Diets don't work, they are for the short term. With each Challenge we do, we are trying to teach livable habits that teach balance and awareness.
- This years Challenge will include eating 800 grams of Fruits and Vegetables a day among other ways to gain points.
