Best WOD of the Week: 1/21/23


You and your partner will go through the entire list of movements 3 times.

Reps stated are total

Athlete 1 works while A2 rests.

Reps do not need to be split 50/50, and you don't have to follow the same split the entire work-out. Keep the working athlete moving!


The * will come between each movement switch. You will do a burpee, jump over the kettlebell, then back to your starting position BOKB X 2

You will divide the 40 reps however you like, repeat the BOKB x 2, then:
