THE DETAILS

Athlete 1 will work through the 2 movements in section one, then A2 will repeat the same 2 movements.

Then A1 will work through the next section, A2 will repeat.

For example:

A1: 3 DP Burpees, 10 HPS

A2: 3 DP Burpees, 10 HPS

Go through the list as many times as you can in 30:00. Your goal should be 4-5 Rounds
