Athlete 1 will work, while Athlete 2 rests
Runs will be divided until total meters are reached. For example 1200m = 6 ~ 200m runs (total) or 3 per person
- Rx will run in increments of 200m the entire WOD
- Performance will run in increments of 150m the entire WOD
- Fitness will run in increments of 100m the entire WOD
After the runs are complete (both athletes must be finished), Athlete 1 will go through the list of movements 1 time, while A2 rests.
You will complete 6 rounds total (or 3 per person) before running again
