- For example, Athlete 1 does 10 HPC, Athlete 2 does 10... Go back and fourth until you reach 60 total reps, then move to STOH. After all 60 STOH, move back to HPC, completing 40 reps total. Then do 40 STOH. Complete round 1 of this WOD by doing 20 HPC (10 reps each) and then 20 STOH. Then move to the next couplet.
