No Kids CrossFit
We will not be holding kids CrossFit on Saturday 3/19. Our regular schedule will resume on 3/26.
There will be 2 scores for this work-out. Total Calories and Rounds/RepsEvery 2:00 the timer will sound, indicating a switch between you and your partner. You will pick up where your partner left off.
Devils Press(Single DB)Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead = Push-Press or Push-JerksDumbbell SDLHP (unlike the video, both heads of the DB will hit the floor each rep)Ball Over ShoulderDBall Ground to Overhead
- depending on how heavy this is for you, you may have to do a dball clean and jerk. If it's light, it will look more like a ball slam.
