1/2 the class will start with AMRAP 1 while the other 1/2will start with AMRAP 2.
You will work hard for 1:00, then rest for 1:00.
AMRAP 1 you are trying to accumulate as many Single Leg as possible, and AMRAP 2, you are trying to accumulate as many Single Leg as possible.
You must complete the prescribed work, then with time remaining in the 1:00 you will accumulate reps.
WE WANT YOU TO GET TO THIS PART. You should aim for at least 10:00 of the ab movement, otherwise, scale back. If you are getting to this part with 25:00 or more, please add on reps.
Score = Both SLTU and SLVup added together
