If you are new to CrossFit, you will be performing 3 reps every 1:30-2:00. Your focus is on form, technique and full range of motion rather than weight on the bar.

As Many Tuck-Ups as Possible

Station #3

The Box Hop Overs are a challenge. If you are unsure of the movement, try a soft box, or do lateral or forward plate hops instead. The goal is to increase your heart rate so choose wisely.
