An action packed Friday to finish off another great week!
- Set the timer for a 1:45 Loop (Link) and complete 3 Rounds
- Don't be too quick to grab weight for the Bulgarian Split Squat. We have a lot of lower body reps coming at you today!
- Preference is a Kettlebell or Dumbbell for the RDLs, but if you only have a Barbell, keep your stance hip width, hands outside of your thighs
- If balance is limiting your 3 Point Touch RDLs, use a counter or couch for balance, only touching to your toe for all 9 reps
- You do not need to alternate reps for the SDLHP or HC ~ however, as you get deeper into the ladder, be sure to aim for an even 50/50 split
- Dumbbells are preferred, but see loading recommendations if you only have a DB....
