By now you should be close to hitting your original 1RM during the 'Heavy Single' portion of Thursdays strength. Remember, not all of you will be at this point, but if done on the regular, you should be very close.After our Heavy Singles, we will finish things off with 5 sets of 3 reps at 90% of your 1 Rep Max. It's getting heavy around here!
