The Warm-Up & Mobility
- Conditioning. To get your monitor set up as needed, follow the steps on the board.
- Score is total CALORIES of your WORST round. Dig deep and R-O-W. But while you're saddled up, work on that row technique!!!!
- Open Prep! This work-out was to be completed as quick as possible. You won't be able to finish the entire thing (and will probably be happy about that), but it will give you a good taste of what another Open work-out feels like. This was the first work-out from the 2017 Open, hence the name 17.1
