4 Rounds for Time of:
- Clean & Push Jerk (from the strength)
- Down, Up & Over
- Reinforcing good position under fatigue is the focus here. We will do the same squat clean + push jerk as we did in the strength, with a 2 second pause in the catch position.
- Individuals should finish the WOD, rest for just a few minutes and hop into the EMOM. Get 5-10 rounds of this in if you are able.
