The Strength
- The Strength is a lead-in to the Met-Con.
- Shoot to maintain a 2:00 loop. This will keep your sets on track, and give you 2:00 before the work begins. Regardless, the Metcon will begin 14:00 after the start of the class.
- Use the 'strength' to help you decided your run distance for the WOD.
- Percentages are based on your 1 RM Squat Clean. If you do not know this number follow the percentages as your RPE. Rate of perceived exertion. Not max loading.

The WOD
- Every 2:00 you will do a run. When you return, you will do as many Squat Cleans as possible with time remaining.
- Your score is total number of Squat Cleans after 12 rounds.
