Offered at 12:00, 4:30, 5:40 & 6:50pm. Advanced notice required. Please read Covid Procedures HERE and watch all videos below prior to class.
Free Trial Thursday folks will most likely follow the 'Fit' track
- You strength session will be used to get you ready for our work-out. Get those legs moving for a long row followed by Air Squats, and practice getting under the bar for your Snatches.
- Build to a heavier weight then you plan on using for the WOD.
- You will begin this work-out on the rower. Check out some great rowing tips HERE
- Whatever level you choose for the work-out, YOU MUST BE OFF THE ROWER at the 4:00 mark. Scale as needed.
