This is a spin on one of our favorite Hero WODs, DT. We wanted to kick the work-out up a few notches and did so by wedging burpees between each round. You will need to dig deep and push yourself to stay moving. Thinking the entire time of the Hero this WOD was name for.
- Be smart with the way you break up your reps, knowing what movement comes next, will help you to do unneeded reps picking up the bar again.
