  4. If you have recently traveled out of State, or came to Vermont from a different State. You must abide by self-quarantine guidelines FOUND HERE.
  5. If you have traveled, YOU MUST WAIT ONE WEEK before getting tested.

We will record your heaviest squat, and we will combine your score from Station 2 and 3 for a second score.

Station #1

Building to a heavy single for some.... If you are a new CrossFitter, or are still working on form and technique, you will be working on 3 reps, and not a single.BE SURE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE CLOCK. Station #2

Every Minute on the Minute, you will complete the given amount of suicidies, then air squats, then rest the remainder of that minute. On your last round, you will try and get as many air squats as possible for your score.https://youtu.be/hGUzG0-WXz8
