Gym Update
On Monday night, (12/6), the town of Essex passed a mandate that requires individuals to wear face coverings in places open to the public. We will be adhering to that guidance, and will require face coverings when entering and exiting through areas of our space open to the public (ie: be prepared to mask-up in the front lobby).Our expectations for athletes/members inside the gym remains the same as they have been.Until further notice, 802 CrossFitwill not be open for public use, and will not be accepting public drop-ins or hosting free-trial classes.We cannot thank you enough for your help in navigating these mandatesand for staying up-to-date with the ever changing gym protocol.~ Sara & Tarken

The Met-Con
- You will do 3 Rounds of the top piece, then with any time remaining, reps will decrease and you will do as many rounds as possible for your score. WE WANT YOU TO GET TO THE AMRAP. Choose a scaling that will get you there.
- For Part 1, you must do 1 DL at the start and every minute thereafter.
- For Part 2, you will no longer need to DL every minute.
