The Strength
Use the 3 Rounds of High Hang Power Cleans and Hang Cleans to get those legs driving through the floor. Keep the weight in your heels as you descend into the hang and then drive them through the ground hard to reach extension. These are your warm-up rounds leading to the full lift.
