You will spend 3:00 in each group of movements with your partner. You can switch as many times as you want back and forth between movements. Completely up to you on how you want to divide the time. You just want to keep yourself moving through the movement and switch based on that.
You will have 0:45 to transition to the next group of movements. You will then spend another 3:00 in that station.
