- Athlete 1 performs 4 Double Pump Burpees + 10 Squat Jumps, then Athlete 2 performs 4 DP Burpees/10 S Jumps
- A1 performs 4 Double Pump Burpees + 10 DB Hang Power Snatches, then A2 performs 4 DP Burpees/10 HPS
- Make your way down the list until both Athletes complete DP Burpees/Plyo Lunge
- Do 4 more rounds and you'll have yourself one good Saturday WOD!
