- Athlete 1 will complete one round of AMRAP one. As soon as the burpees are complete, Athlete 2 will complete one round of AMRAP two. As soon as their burpees are complete, Athlete 1 will go.
- Athlete 1 will do the KBS work-out the entire first 14 mins, while Athlete 2 will do the HPS work-out the entire 14 mins.
- At the end of the 14 minutes, equipment will be cleaned and swapped to close out the WOD.
- Add up all completed rounds at the end for a total score.
