We are jumping on the CrossFit Games bandwagon of the spiced up Girl WODs for the Best WOD of the Week!
This WOD will be you go, I go for the entire thing. A few things to note:Event 1:
- Athlete 1 will do 1 C&J, then Athlete 1 will do a single rep. Any one athlete cannot do more than one rep at once.
- After 20 total reps, you will pause and go out for a run. Rx=500m, Per=400m Fit=300m.
- After every set of 20, you will run.
- Immediately following your last run, WHEN BOTH ATHLETES RETURN, Event 2 will begin.
- You go, I go, however, Athlete 1 will do 20 Double Unders, 5 Box Jumps, 1 C & J - then Athlete 2 will begin
- This will be your score for the WOD
