Free Trial Classes
Offered at 12:00, 4:30, 5:40 & 6:50pm. Advanced notice required.
Covid Protocol
If you are joining us for Free Trial, you must not show symptoms of, have, or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19. You must not have traveled outside of the State or gathered with large groups of individuals in the past 2 weeks. We hold our members to these standards and ask the same of you. Please read all Covid-19 Protocols and Procedures HERE before arrival.
The Board
- Free Trial members will review the movements of the work-out (15 minute AMRAP) while the rest of the class is doing the 'Strength' session of Overhead Squats, Front Squats and Back Squats. If there is any time left after the review, you will do light Front Squats and Back Squats.
- Each day we program 3 tiers of programming depending on how much work-outs needed to be scaled to meet individual need. Those joining us for Free Trial will be following the 'Fit' track.
