- We are building to a heavy single (except new CrossFitters). The high hang and hang will help prep you and build the weight on the bar before taking it to the floor.
- Don't forget that active rest! You will thank us once the metcon begins!
- This WOD is a repeat.
- One full squat clean based on 60% of your heavy single from the strength. Every 0:30 stop what you are doing and do burpees
- Its amazing how fast these burpee sets will come at you! Dig deep and stay moving!
