We will be starting the week focusing on the Snatch. A Drop Snatch and Snatch Balance will prime you up and get you ready to go for a heavy single (experienced folks) or for a 3RM (those that need to focus on form/technique). Remember, the Drop Snatch and Snatch Balance are teaching you speed under the bar. Choose a weight that you can do so with.
